It's not officially summer yet calendar wise, but the weather says otherwise. It's hot, humid and the smell of SPF is in the air so to me it's summer. To celebrate this occasion I came out with flare, high waisted and white all wrapped into one pair of jeans. I know I am fully aware of the current trend that is skinnies but I am bringing them back with guns blazing- insert air pistols. Since my Mama blessed me with hips & thighs in order for me to feel comfortable in a flare jean it must sit above my hips. I found these jeans a couple of years ago on major sale, it was probably when flares were on their way out either way I pounced on them and haven't let them go. Fashion is all about being you and this outfit whether on trend or not- it's me! Comfort and all.
Now let's talk about my current obsession that I'm holding. So I've been stalking this Madewell bag for about a year. I could never justify spending over $100 on a large tote, but I suppose my husband thought otherwise. That or he was tired of me talking about it. So on our anniversary I was getting ready and as I went to grab my cross body bag from my handbag stash I looked up and saw it hanging in my closet. Gosh I am a lucky gal!
