Since summer is coming to an end it's going to start (if it already hasn't) getting colder and harder to keep up with your work outs. One thing I enjoy doing is running especially in the colder months (less sweaty) so lets not stop once summer is over lets keep going. Running clears my mind and helps me sort stuff out. If you're a walker, elliptical-er, treadmill-er, or runner lets keep it going all year long.
