If this jacket doesn't scream tropical I don't know what does. On this very windy / cold day I decided that if Spring can't come to me I will bring it in the form of a floral blazer. When I was waiting in line to purchase this blazer my husband came up to me and I asked "whatcha think ? " he said " it's loud! " Yes! that was exactly what I was looking for something colorful and loud. I was hoping to wear this with a fitted t-shirt and shorts but for some reason Spring forgot Maryland's address
