Alright all my dieters and new year resolution peeps :
this weekend instead of grabbing a soda , grab a bottle of water.
instead of snacking on chips , grab a piece of fruit
instead of ordering that juicy burger, order a salad with dressing on the side.
Keep strong with your resolutions , don't give into temptation. Before you know it those holiday pounds will shed and you'll be at your goal wieght.
