I popped into Madewell a few days ago and picked up this dress for a steal $9 yep I had the same reaction. It's not very flattering because it's kind of boxy (fyi this dress will add 20 pounds to your waist / hips) but the material is soft and the fit is perfect for the summer. I wore this out on Sunday for brunch and it was perfect especially with for 85 degree weather.
