My Summer Face

22 July 2015

With summer in full swing I decided to share my summer face. Most days my make-up is usually pretty minimal it takes me about 10 minutes to get this face ready. I've never been a girl that liked or understood make-up but the older I get it seems that I am more drawn to it. I recently added some new products that I am excited about and I wanted to share it with you guys.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer - I've had this for about 3 weeks and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. The consistency is very greasy and it goes on very light. If you're looking for full coverage this is not the product for you.

NARS radiant creamy concealer - this concealer is fantastic I apply it under my eyes let it sit for a few minutes and then I begin to blend it in. I mainly use it under my eyes since it is a little lighter than my tinted moisturizer if you're looking for good coverage you have to try it.

L'Oreal voluminous original mascara - I love a good mascara this one is perfect for non-clumping and elongating those lashes. One thing I do hate is it is very hard to remove I have to use baby oil to remove.

Cover FX powder - I never really used face powder and luckily on my recent trip to Sephora the gal recommended this one and I love it. It's so translucent and it has great coverage

ELF shimmering eye shadow -  This is an eye shadow but I also use it as an illuminator for my cheeks and as an eye shadow plus I apply it on the corners of my eyes for that glow.

ELF long lasting eye shadow -  This gold eye shadow is great for those nights that I want to amp up my look it's the perfect shade of gold and it is long lasting. It's a great substitution for Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Eye Shadow.

Korres Lip Butter - I love this stuff it's the perfect lip balm with a little bit of color.
