I guess you can say I have a thing for polka dots {here} {here} . My polka dot collection is growing at a rapid speed. These shorts were on major sale for $8.99 basically a no brainer to purchase. Polka dots are my go to neutral especially adding a pop of color. Today's pop of color is pink and green. And your eyes didn't fool ya this gal is wearing booties in 90 degree weather.
